New Details On Halo 3

Today, Bungie released a new screen shot from Halo 3's single player campaign and former 1up.com, now turned Bungie employee Luke Smith gives hungry Halo fans more details to digest.First off, Luke runs down the remade Zanzibar map, "The first map, Last Resort, is a spirited remake of Halo 2's Zanzibar map. While the map looks and plays a bit more wide open, the size differences are largely the result of an expanded walkway near Camp Froman and a significantly larger interior with some new entry points." Mr. Smith then moves on to a entirely new map named Epitaph. "The second new map we're taking the lid off and letting into the wild is Epitaph. An extremely elevated Forerunner structure, Epitaph is a series of external hallways leading into a multi-level interior with a central theater at the center on the lowest level. Like most maps in the Halo 3 portfolio, Epitaph has seen considerable revisions in the few months since media were invited to check out the structure. Weapon placements, and a few structural changes have changed the way the map plays considerably."Finally, a new screen of the unlockable armor customizations is released a the Brute Chopper is introduced to the masses.
